Marty Monroe
After earning a Bachelor's degree in Office Administration, Marty began writing on-the-job as a legal secretary and executive assistant. However, most of her adult years were spent as a full-time mom, and she began writing just for fun.
Marty extensively researched her family's genealogy and created a detailed book on the subject for her children. Other pieces were written for family and friends on topics of interest to them. She has also presented a unique perspective on community issues through letters to the editor of her local newspaper.
Now an empty-nester, Marty enjoys having more free time for writing. She is an avid home organizer, bargain decorator, estate sale enthusiast, and cat lover. She hopes to share her ideas on those topics and more through Suite 101.
